Request Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of an account and associated personal data for each PrimeLot Technologies product.
Choose the product
Use the account or settings option in your product when it is available. If you cannot access that option, use the email process below.
From your account settings
If your version of the application shows a Delete account option in Account or Settings, follow the confirmation steps there. This is the fastest way to start the request. If the option is not shown or you cannot sign in, email us instead.
What to include in your request
Email info@primelottechnologies.com from the address associated with the account and include:
- The product name (V-CarShop, NominaRed, SITEM ERP, or RadiaSuite).
- The account email address, username, and organization or workspace name, if applicable.
- The name of the account owner and a short description of the deletion request.
- Whether you want the account and all associated personal data deleted, subject to the retention rules below.
How we verify the request
For your protection, requests should come from the email address registered to the account. We may reply to that address or ask for other reasonable account details to confirm that the requester is authorized to delete it.
Never send a password, authentication code, payment-card number, or other secret by email. If the account belongs to a business, we may verify the request with the organization’s authorized administrator.
What may be retained
We delete or anonymize personal data that we are not required to keep. A deletion request does not remove information that must be retained for a legal obligation or a legitimate security, accounting, or dispute-related purpose.
Limited data may remain for the period required by applicable law and is protected for that purpose. Backups may also contain temporary copies until they are rotated.
- Transaction, subscription, invoice, tax, and accounting records.
- Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and incident records.
- Information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Business data controlled by an employer or other customer, which must normally be requested from that organization.
